COD sucks. :| Same thing recycled over and over again since COD 4.
Anywho, while currently (that'll probably change within the next few weeks) I prefer Gears over Halo, I'd have to say that the Covenant would probably dominate lol. The Locust look more hardcore just because they're more defined and heavily-built while the elites are cleaner, but if you think about the Elite's technology compared to the Locust technology... no contest. =/ Although I would love to see Elites fight Brumaks lol.

Lol at the cod trolls since cod would be the first one dead in a war like this.....
In an all out war, I'd go with Locust since they have more explosives etc. But In 1v1 fights, an Elite would beat a grub with ease.

halo tech(covenant and humans) are much superior to gears but thats not the reason its better imo i like the gameplay and live on halo in comparison with gears of war. COD is too repetitive in my opinion i guess ppl can argue that with halo and gears of war but they are a lot more creative and provide unique gameplay from the time they come out with a new one. COd is good but not amazing IMO and partially due to the mw2 and all the bs with the hacks and stuff.

oh wow i am stupid sometimes i just post stuff xd, but covenant or humans in halo would beat them. the ships are way too powerful covenant can glass planets and humans can blow up planets with nukes, mac cannons, super mac cannons and a bunch of other things.He's not talking about gameplay.

oh sorry ok i went back and read it i still give it covenant cos like u said air superiority with banshees and just overall firepower is better and destructiveness is on another scale compared to the locusts.
As much as I love gears of war and prefer it over halo, I would have to say the covenent have the upper hand in this one, however the lambent are a different story, but I won't go in deeply to that point.
The locust are clever, they are organised and build a home wherever they can, like they did with the hollows and when they were flooded out. They have good fire-power and there tech is good, but not on par with the covenant. They have many enemies that make them a formiddable force ( Brumak, Corpser, Berserker etc.)
But I have to admit the covenants technology may give them the upper hand, although I don't see a normal elite beating an armored Kantus, nor do I see a hunter beating a berserker. But the covenents numbers and armory give them the upper hand on the locust.
