Second installation! (always wanted to use that word! xd)
There are probably punctuation errors, I need to work on it a lot! But please, Enjoy the story

Chapter 2 ~ You too.
"Jackson! make a run for the building, cut through it now!" The Captain Shouted at the marine with the
sniper.
"Okay sir!" he replied, getting ready to jump from his cover to mine.
I just sat there, waiting for orders, what am I good for? Jackson Jumped over, two green carbine shots
hit the ground behind him. "Lucky Bastard" What I said...
"You too" he patted me on the shoulder and he made a run for the door, jumping over a little wall and landed on his feet, but not for long. He now lay on the floor, still alive, in pain, shot.
"Your turn Private!" The voice of none other than the captain. I turned to him.
"You...what?"
"Get in there, cut through the building, flank em!"
I stared at him, then turned to the door gulping, eyes wide. Jackson, on the floor right now, could be me next.
"What are you waiting for!?" The Captain called from behind again, "Let em have it!"
If I don't get it first, is what I thought. I readied myself at the end of the barricade, plasma shots still smashing into it. I forced will into my legs, they wouldn't budge. I kept forcing the will and suddenly I just went, leaping over the wall as Jackson did, however I rolled across the floor passed Jackson, the Automatic door opening in time for me to fall in it.
"Well Done! Now, get this back into kickass mode!" All I heard from the captain's deep voice, actually made me smile.
I stood up, aiming down the Assault rifle, flashlight on, pacing down the hall. Reaching the corner I turned quickly to see the door at the end, Moving down it the red light on the door flashed green and
made a bleeping noise, giving me the signal to hit the floor. Two small figures with huge things on their
backs walked through the entrance; I squeezed the trigger and the two grunts hit the deck, another figure swept into sight, much taller than a grunt, also Marine as matter of fact. I quickly stood up and ran down the corridor spraying the Elite until it's shield broke and then fired two precise shots at his head; the Elite collapsed to the floor, purple blood sprayed onto the walls as I pressed my back against it, breathing heavily.
After a moment of calming myself, I peeked around out of the door, only finding myself against it again as two blue plasma shots fly passed me. I looked outside for some suitable cover, seeing another small wall. I ran for it; feeling the momentum of plasma fly behind me I kept going, sliding on my knees into cover, a couple of shots smacking against the wall. Whilst reloading I was trying to figure out what to do,
what the Captain was doing, how Jackson was doing. I need to focus. Breathe. I heard a shooting noise, not plasma, it was the captain and the Covenant reluctantly fired back at him. Giving me time to gander over the wall, two Elites, five grunts. Resting the rifle on the wall; finger on the trigger and hand holding it down, aiming down the side. Pulled the trigger and the noise amplified with the other shots. Two Grunts down, make that three, thanks cap'n. Instead I focused on an Elite, shooting bursts of bullets into him as he fired back at me with his plasma rifle; making sure I got him, near enough, with every burst breaking the Elite's shield but he hid in cover and my assault rifle had emptied. I quickly pulled
out a grenade, dropping the gun, and after yanking the pin out I through the grenade behind the cover.
Boom. The Elite was launched into the air and slapped the floor, dead. I looked around at the other enemies and they were dead too.
I Walked back over to the Captain, who was holding up Jackson to aid in walking, headed over to me. I
was smiling.
"Hoo rah!" he cheered in that deep voice, " You did good Private."
I nodded at him and then looked at Jackson, he was looking at me, chuckling a little, "Lucky Bastard"
I pointed at his wounded leg "You too"

J/K Obviously TOC's advice helped too. ^_^ There were some problems with the tenses, and a little repetition, but not much more than that kind of thing. Great job! ^_^
