Over the next few years, Several bands become eligible for the rock and role hall of fame.
If you look on the website for future inductees (sorted by when they will be eligible) the font of the band is bigger depending on how many people are picking them as projected inductees
As you can imagine, some of the biggest names over the next few years are: Green day, Daft punk, Pearl jam etc etc
But can you guess who the absolute biggest name (meaning the most highly anticipated pick) for the next ten years is?
If you didn't guess radiohead, you're wrong, because it IS radiohead.
It goes to show you: most people the age of the average narutobase user probably haven't heard of radiohead, or at least, never heard their music. However, ask ANY modern band who their favorite band is, most will say radiohead. or "whats your favorite album of all time" they'd say "ok computer by radiohead" or "who has influenced you the most?" "oh probably radiohead".
You probably don't read mojo or rollingstone or any of those, but radiohead is almost always mentioned.
Funny, justin bieber is one of the HIGHEST SELLING artists (if you can call him that) of all time. yet ask ANY professional, they would be like "oh, that little ****?"
Ask them about radiohead, they're likely to be "do you have a cd handy? lets pop it in!"
Needless to say... i ****ing love radiohead, can't wait for them to be inducted in 2017
