Halflings should have strengths and weaknesses

In a interview I recently watched of kishimoto he said that if a uchiha and hyuga had a child that child wood have both sharingan and byakugan, So I was thinking the same rules from DBZ should be in naruto so halfings were either stronger or weaker than the parents.

Example: Sharingan that has harder time copying jutsus but has super heightened precongition.
Example:Byakugan that has less than 360 degree scope however can look extreme distaces like 3000 meters

I think that would make naruto a lot cooler and that would explain how some clans were made.

I guess if an uchiha and a Hyuuga get children it'll be something like a kid with (for example) a Byakugan but also with fire style affinity jutsu from the uchiha ... so basicly Neji or hinata doing Fireballjutsu like Sasuke

or other way around, a kid with the Sharingan being able to use his Juuken (chakrapoints over his whole body) .. Sasuke using divine swirl like Neji does

Nice, and the child would have the hatred of the uchiha to fuel his power and the curse of the hyugas.
