I believe that Haku was one of the greatest child ninja prodigy and had the greatest potential to be a great ninja and here's why:
(Keep in mind the comparison to other prodigies stop at the age when Haku dies which is 15. Try to only think about that time period and not what other ninjas achieved after that)
Age
-Compared to other child prodigies in question i.e Minato, Itachi, and Kakashi Haku was younger than all three when exposed to combat and was considered a dangerous threat
-Haku was younger than Sasuke and Naruto at the time of the fight and Zabuza said that Haku was more dangerous himself.
Techniques
-Speed: At his age, Haku was the fastest ninja known in the Narutoverse
-Could activate jutsu with one hand
Mastered his kekkei gengkai before sasuke activated his sharingan
-Demonic Ice Mirrors: His most powerful jutsu and gave him unparalleled speed which could only be followed by the sharingan.
Young Kakashi and Young Minato would have been destroyed by Demonic Ice Mirrors because they had no way of keeping up. And although Itachi had the sharingan he was not as fast as Sasuke so would have struggled to keep up as well
Intelligence
His most astonishing quality is probably his intelligence. And this because he had no teaching like ninjas in the leaf village had, however he had a very capable mind.
He had a extraordinary understanding of the human body on par of the ANBU. He can disable an opponent with amazing precision with his understanding of acupuncture and the human body.
He also was able to see Kakashi's copy technique, figure it out and develop a strategy to defeat it the next time they met. This was revealed by Zabuza when he said that he won't be beat by the same jutsu twice.
I believe if Haku hadn't have died and he was brought up in a better situation and was able to receive good teaching he could have become one of the greatest ninjas
