I wont agree with the strongest female kid, Towards the end of part one Sakura already learn mystical palm and Kabuto wrecked Kiba with it, and she could enhanced her speed the same way Sasuke did vs Haku, as seen in the fight with Ino, and even did it better than Sasuke.

She can control her chakra better than Sasuke , but she isn't faster than him. Before Sasuke even learned shunshin he was already fast enough to surprise kakashi and shunshin only made him faster with better control.

Blitzing zabuza's clones and blindsiding haku are much better feats than blitzing ino not to mention u forget that sakura used clone distraction + shunshin which wont work on a ninja of haku's caliber. Mystical palm wont hit since Haku is easily more skilled , faster and experienced so he easily outperforms then cut/stab her vitals.
