Suigetsu has Great Water arm,his Hydrification Technique, and the Drowning Water Blob.

Who would win? The fight takes place on the great naruto bridge.

Someone correct me if im wrong, but with the Drowning Water Blob. Suigetsu can turn a part of his body into water (example: his finger) and suffocate the opponent in water so if haku tried and freeze him suigetsu would lose a finger but haku on the other hand would lose his whole head.

No, he cant just freeze water that contains someone elses chakra Lol Don't care what it is? Can lava release create lava from flame? No,he can't freeze water, especially since Hydrfication is not even a suiton I don't think, AND the fact that it contains suigetsu's already present chakra.

Ahhh alright thought it was from his needle attack, fact remains still can't insert your own chakra into something already containing someone else's.
