ooh, someone who realises hake could, if he wanted to, KILL THE ENTIRE SHINOBI ALLIANCE IN TEN SECONDS. thing is, haku doesn't want to kill people. lee maxes at about supersonic with 5th gate, and SRA lee could only go to 1, and haku goes at light speed. means that A: 4th raikage is lying that he's the fastest and B: Haku wins. you can't beat light speed. not even minato/tobirama, because they don't have instant reflexes.
the whole fight comes down to this: does haku want to kill lee. if so, haku neg diff, otherwise, lee high diff.
