I don't think he can beat any of them, because they could all probably break his mirror things with CM2

I believe Haku is extremily underrated in general...
He was always holding back and the only one shown to break his ice mirrors was a one tailed Naruto, who was kicking three tomoe Sasuke's ass and needed a CM2 Sasuke to be defeated.
And even after be punched by Naruto, he was able to sense that Zabuza was in danger and react to Kakashi's striking speed to be between them.

sakon will come in aggressively & get caught w/ ice needles barrage
tayuya gets blitzed outright as she s the slowest character in the manga imo
kidomarus projectiles get outpaced by hakus projectiles & shunshin

only jirobo has enough tactic that haku would be forced to actually use the mirror trap
