I quickly lock eye contact with you while quickly faking a row of handseals. As you looked into my eyes, you befall in illusion in which you see me performing a raiton attack heading straight for you. The raiton attack is actually wide enough for you, once you're inside the illusion, not to see me. But that's not the end of the illusion, if your were to actually manage to break it, you'd encounter a second layer in which you see me throwing a couple of shuriken at you. But here's the catch of my move, by seeing the fake row of handseals, you'd think the the raiton attack is actually real and attempt to counter it.
With the Illusion set, I simply perform a very short row of handseals (actually it's only the tiger seal but well) expelling multiple fireballs (a total of 4) which rush in your direction in a square. Once I'm done expelling the fireballs i activate my sensory skils ready to detect any changes in your chakras and within my sourroundings. It's to say, expecting your counter.
Notes: The row of handseals is barely enough long for you noticing it and for my plan to work. Of course it may not actually extend from a small blurring of three handseals.

as the illusion of a Lightning Jutsu comes at me, I use..
(Hyouton: Makyō Hyōshō) Ice Release: Demonic Ice Crystal Mirrors

Description: The user will make a dome of 21 ice mirrors surround the opponent. Twelve are at ground level, eight are above the first twelve and placed at an angle so that they face slightly downward, and the last one is place directly at the top and center of the dome, facing directly down to the ground. The user can move at extremely high speeds that only the Sharingan can keep up with and manage to dodge while in this dome. The user can freely leap in and out of the mirrors as they wish and move to the other mirrors if one is destroyed, but the jutsu requires so much chakra to maintain that the users movements become progressively slower the longer they hold it (after three turns have passed a normal ninja can keep up with it for the most part) and they cannot perform jutsu while using this. When the jutsu is first starting, though, the user can move so quickly that it looks as though they are in, and attacking from, all 21 mirrors simultaneously. This jutsu was very resistant to fire jutsu, and can only be melted by fire of its own rank or greater, and cannot be destroyed by wind or water alone (both would basically empower it) unless it is of forbidden rank. A single ice mirror (or any number less than the complete set of mirrors) can also be created that the user can use as a shield and go in and out of it through both sides.
Creating 7 mirrors on the ground, 7 mirrors in the air and another 7 mirrors in the air above us encasing you in a Ice dome. as these mirrors on the ground appear, 1 mirror appears underneath both of us, so as the illusion of this lightning jutsu is near me i slip into the mirror underneath me.
as this lightning jutsu passes through the Ice Mirrors, without having any effects on it, I realize you've placed me in a genjutsu,
So, I exit the mirror and go directly into the air to the 7 mirrors while I do that I use,

as the clones appear I throw senbon at you that hit you as you get ready to exhale imnplaing you in your throat possibly disabling you.
and as I enter a mirror the clones exit mirrors throwing senbon at your vital points.

Lightning being much faster than wind and being my technique performed before you, I believe our techniques would not clash, since you aimed for an opening once I destroyed the mirrors and stopped the chidori raimei. Why am I telling you this? Because, otherwise, My S-rank lightning tech would cancel out your A-rank wind tehcnique as they clashed. As My chidori stops and I sense your chakra is active, and ready two handseals the moment you shoot your atsugai. I then exhale:

In order to make multiple(let's say 10) Stone spears rise all around you in different heights and stab you in different points of your body. more notoriously: one into the back part of your right knee, one straight across your left heel in a diagonal way , another from your front onto the stomach. The rest aimed at random parts of your body. Being them of different heights, makes them rise in a different speed. Begin the ones skewering lower acting a bit faster than the ones aiming higher.
