Hard to say. I think Shika would be able to find a way to beat Haku so I go with Shika.

Haku is fast as shyt, is strong with his kekkei genkai, and was taught by ninjutsu by a former Sevenswordsmen (who was part of the best generation) and Anbu. He know the methods of the Anbu.

Shikamaru has an IQ of over 200, has mastery of his clans shadow ninjutsu, is brillient enough to take down an S-class Hidan by himself, and actually plan ahead to get Hidan to take out one of his teammates hearts (those are all testiments of his skills as a strategist)

I'm going with Haku.

1) Has more experience then Shikamaru
2) Has Anbu level training and is too fast
3) It just seems like he's stronger and has more skills to outmatch Shikamaru's brains.

Haku.

If he uses the ice mirror, then he travels way too fast for Shikamaru to see. The only reason Sasuke won that was because of his Sharingan. Without it, he would be toast just like Shikamaru would be without it.

Haku just moves too fast for him to see, so he comes out on top.

ok i added a poll and at first iu thought shikamaru would find a way but he can't make a plan while haku is strikeing him at 100 miles an hour ( how fast was he going?)
