Lol isn't it obvious ? Kimimaro wins 100 % because Haku was defeated by just 2 genins : Naruto and Sasuke . Kimimaro almost defeated Naruto , Rock Lee and the powerful Gaara in that forest when they pursued him for getting Sasuke back so .... ( if he wasn't sick Gaara would be dead by now )

Correction: Haku was defeated by Naruto only. Sasuke was nearly killed.

And yeah if Kimi was healthy, Naruto, Lee, and Gaara would all be dead by now.
