I love Hinata to death and usually I'd be the first to defend her saying she could win but Kishi has displayed so little of her throughout the series, we have to go by what she "could do". Theoretically she should be as good or even better than part 1 Neji since she advanced to chuunin, but other than creating a new jutsu, she hasn't really shown much improvement. So despite her being one of my favorite characters, I'm going to be unbiased and say Haku has more feats going for him. Her potential has really been wasted.

Byakugan doesent give enhanced vision, only 359.999 degree xray vision.
So hinata cant see haku, so haku wins.
