Still i don't think Haku stands a chance. He makes a special Ice with his chakra. Normal manipulated ice would not be as good, as with Gaara's sand. And not even his own ice can hurt Gaara, so how would manipulated ice help¿?

Haku's attack are good but they aren't neither enough strong or fast to pass Gaara's defense.. In the worst of the cases for Gaara, he wins by outlasting Haku
