Hmmmm... Gaara should take it with mid-high diff. If he can transform then Low Diff. Haku's demonic Ice Mirror will prove to be ineffective towards Gaara and his absolute defence. Besides that Haku never really showed good feat. But we can assume Haku can use suiton and futon. So Haku might use suiton on Gaara. But Gaara just needs to get sand around haku then sand coffin and gg

Gaara stomps. Haku has ranged combat, which Gaara's sand automatically counters.
It was already said that Haku's ice mirror jutsu cost him a lot of chakra, whereas Gaara's defence is automatic.

Haku is fast enough to bypass gaaras defence(according to the databooks, a character requires at least a 3.5 or 4 in speed to bypass his sand defense, which Haku has a four in)
His demonic ice mirrors will allow him to bypass it completely, but he will have to then beak through gaaras sand armor to do any damage, so it may take some time. If Gaara can enter his transformed state, then Haku will be n trouble.

The databook is contradicted by the manga, 2 Toome Sasuke saw Haku's movements, Sasuke couldn't see Weighted Lee's though so we know
Weighted Lee > 2 Toome Sasuke > Haku
However Lee couldn't bypass Gaara's defense without taking his wights off so yeah Haku cant even beat CE Base Gaara.

I actually made a thread about how people constantly underrate haku's speed, especially with demonic ice mirrors.
Please read this so that you be enlightened of Haku's true speed.
Some people are under the impression that Haku isn't very fast after He was defeated by Naruto/Sasuke back in part 1.
This thread is going to clear up a few things.
First off, there is a very common misconception that Sasuke can somehow see Haku when he is moving between his mirrors, since he stated that he could see him more clearly once he unlocked the 2-tomoe.
This only happened when Haku was running low on chakra as he stated earlier himself, which is why he couldn't keep up his tremendous speed for very long. In the beginning, Sasuke couldnt even do anything too defend himself and was only able to barely avoid getting hit in vital areas. However, as time passed, he was able to slowly get accustomed to it at the same time Haku started slowing down, making his attack patterns a bit easier to predict.
Even Sasuke himself said that he could only see a little bit, which was enough for him to
protect Naruto from a fatal blow.
Another misconception that people say is that Sasuke can move as fast as Haku since he was able to save Naruto. Again, this is also false because Haku had slowed down enough to the point where Sasuke could read his intentions as to where he was going to attack, and promptly moved in frontof Naruto to protect him.
When Naruto had first used Kuramas chakra, he was able to catch Haku because Haku himself had slowed down drastically due to a lack of chakra, and Naruto had gained a significant amount of speed due him gaining quite a bit Kurama's very potent chakra. Not only that, but Haku was not moving between mirrors when he was caught since went in from the top mirror to attack physically so that he was temporary vulnerable to Naruto.
Haku is capable of moving at near imperceptible speeds physically from one mirror to another, and he is said to be able to move between his mirrors at the speed of light since he moves using the reflection of the other mirrors. This makes him one of the fastest in the NV when using this technique.

I just finishing reading the panel again and nowhere in it does Haku say he slowed down, he said that using the jutsu requires alot of chakra and that he only had a limited amount of time to mantain that speed so to end the fight before all his speed ran out he chose to attack Naruto.
