As well all know Haku possessed such prodigious talent that, in many ways, Haku had become more dangerous than Zabuza.

Certain-Kill Ice Spears:The user unleashes giant spikes made of ice if they are endangered. Haku used this when he defended himself from his father when he attempted to kill him because of his kekkei genkai.
Demonic Mirroring Ice Crystals: It was said that no method in existence can defeat this technique. In an instant, multiple mirrors of ice are created around the enemy, reflecting nothing but Haku. The opponent is trapped in a dome of twenty-one floating mirrors made out of ice.
Ice Release: Ice Dome:Haku can quickly create an ice dome around his allies and himself to act as a defence. It is strong enough to withstand the assault of many explosive tags at once, remaining almost undamaged.
Thousand Flying Water Needles of Death:Using this technique, Haku gathers some water from the air and surrounding environment into one thousand long needles. He then directs them to a specific target at high speed, leaping backwards before impact so he doesn't get caught in the crossfire. While the needles do surround a target from all sides, they don't appear above the target, creating an escape route.

Taijutsu​

One of Haku's defining battle-traits was his sheer speed. He was very fast with his attacks, such that Sasuke could not follow his actions until he had reawakened his Sharingan.His speed increased to incredible levels using his Demonic Mirroring Ice Crystals, making it appear like he was in all the mirrors at once at one point while he was just travelling in between them at extraordinary speeds

Intelligence​

Haku possessed a very detailed knowledge of human physiology, thanks to Zabuza's former ANBU training. His knowledge was great enough that he could disable an opponent with acupuncture by hitting a precise point on the body with a senbon, to cause immediate death or a temporary appearance of such.

Dosu Kinuta​

-Dosu was demonstrated to be a very alert and logical ninja. He rarely rushed into anything before first observing and analysing the situation.

Taijutsu​

Dosu's battle style revolved around his ability to manipulate sound. Like Zabuza Momochi, he had a very keen awareness and understanding of sound-waves. During the first round of the Chūnin Exams, he simply listened to the strokes of other ninja's pencils to determine what they were writing for the written test. His main attack was done with help from the "Melody Arm" on his right forearm.

Tools​

It is used to amplify or absorb sound waves caused by his arm's movements. The sound waves caused by the melody arm can then be manipulated, and directed with chakra causing more damage. They can also bring on blurred vision, dizziness, as well as paralysing the target of jutsu that are dealt by this weapon. It can also act as a defence by blocking kunai and shuriken.

Resonating Echo Drill:This technique can be used as a blanket term for the majority of Dosu's jutsu.Dosu can use his chakra to redirect the waves in midair to his intended target. By damaging the victim's inner ear, the victim is rendered off-balance and nauseous. In the first instance of this, Rock Lee is rendered physically sick by the attack.

* I know alot of you will just fight off the back pick Haku know this: if the sound waves were generated with a frequency that matched the natural frequency of the ice, resonance would occur. If the amplitude i.e. the sound was loud enough, and the frequencies were matched, the ice could vibrate with enough force causing it to shatter.

Zaku and Kin and nothing compared to Dosu, Dosu's sound skills are comparable to that of Zabuza; ultimately he would lose but Haku wouldn't wipe him out so easy.

Yuh finally someone recognizes Dosu's skill. He is on this level. I would say he might even beat Haku, if he can shatter the ice with resonance (considering his skill in manipulating sound, it's a definite possibility). However, Haku is fast, probably fast enough to stab Dosu with needles in the right spots, maybe enough to overcome Dosu's speed. But then, Dosu did beat Rock Lee at taijutsu, bringing up the speed of sound (did he make a wall of sound or what?), so I actually don't like Haku's odds considering that. I would say 60/40 in favor of Dosu. Zaku and Kin are crap, don't bring them up here.

Dosu is my boy, I really wished that kishi would have let him survive his little run in with gaara just so he could come back in part 2 with some new kick-ass skills but you know kishi.
