kakashi admitted Haku was stronger, and he had sharingan then. now he doesn't have sharingan so Haku solos now

He didn't admit Haku was stronger. He said there are kids younger than you, Naruto was 12 and Haku was 15, yet stronger than me.

Gaara would probably fit the description though, he was younger than Naruto and Hewas promoted to Kazekage young too.

Have we seen anyone younger than Part 1 Naruto but stronger than Kakashi?? The only person close to that would have been a healthy Kimimaro, but he was older than Naruto ROFL
