Man, you really need to re-read that entire arc. Zabuza, who was considered to be an elite jounin level ninja, stated that Haku was stronger then him. Furthermore, it was stated that Haku was holding back against Sasuke and Naruto; he could of killed them both at any second. And despite holding back, it seems you're forgetting Haku left Sasuke almost dead.. the only reason he died was because he protected Zabuza from getting raikiri'd to the chest.

He's easily high-jounin level.

Yea he slaughtered a non sharingan Sasuke and then K.Oed him after the weakened Sasuke re-awakened his shairngan.
I don't need to reread shit i know what i said was right, Sauske with 2T in one eye and 1T in the other began keeping up with Haku's speed i am positive that 2T Sasuke in the Chunnin exams against Gaara can beat Haku.I take that fodder bit back but he's weaker than P1 Sasuke that's the only thing in my post that will remain unchanged.
