Neji being able to easily see through the mist aswell as gai being able to fight without actually looking at his opponent makes it easier for them..

rock lee being able to access the gates means he could make short work of haku especially with neji's help

tenten with her precise accuracy could also provide cover them with her weaponry

I'll say Haku and Zabuza because of his silent kill technique that can kill by sound.

If Zabuza and Haku use divide and conquer tactics.

If Haku splits Neji from Zabuza and fight Neji with lee while Gai engages with Zabuza, Gai would possibly die before he can reach the gates possible to handle Zabuza. (Part 1 feats)

Neji won't have a huge issue with the needles unless Haku is constantly raining them on him (like what Obito did with the juubi).

He can only use rotation so many times, before the needles impale him.

Either neji or lee can beat haku. Lee fought evenly with Kimimaro for quite a while, and Kimimaro would obliterate Haku any day. Neji could block Haku's needles with heavenly rotation, and his gentle fist would disable Haku's fragile organs pretty quickly. Tenten can sleep if she wants

Team Gai stomps... Rock lee solo's Haku with little to no effort considering Sasuke with one Tomoe was able to keep up with Haku... Rock lee before weights removed was to fast for Sasuke with 2Tomoe to react let alone counter... Neji can easily see through Zabuza mist 8Trigrams gg...
