It enede up being a long thing(I probably cld have phrased somethings better and shorter) sorry its already done though (-_-), yo thoughts on my thoughts xd(remember being polite hurts no one).

Haki, will and df's
So we know haki can counter/bypass df's and that it can also b used in conjunction with them as well. So from this it is clear that haki(CoA) is not a superficial counter to df's that just opposes them coz it does otherwise pple wld negate their own powers while trying to use haki.
With that in mind it stands to reason that there is a relationship between df and haki that exceeds the easy to see one counters the other relationship and that is in how haki can do so than that it does.
Haki(CoA) is a physical manifestation of one's will(if we can agree), so the question is how can one's will counter the power/ability of a df. To answer that we wld first need to look at how df's are operated and controlled.
In op we vhe no predefined stuff like reastu/ki/chakra/innocence but df users still do stuff of similar feats as pple from those manga's, so in op i wld ys pple use their will(its all clear now rut, simple I know) to control their df's and that will is also the fuel to the df abilities they exhibit(itvis well known that pple with strong wills can make a shitty df into a very usefully and powerful weopon).
So the relationship btwn haki and df's is that one is a form of will while the other much like an electric circuit uses current to power a lightbulb/heating element it uses the user's will to power. the abilities they perfom.
With this electronics look on things it wld b that imbueing an attack in haki and stricking a df user is like inducing a second current with a flow opposing that of the primary current with the second current being haki and the primary being the will powering up the df so to cause a short circuit. A short circuit 8on a lightbulb cct wld turn of the bulb(that yo df power not working).
With that its clear that countering a df with haki is not just use haki get good result becoz it now falls under a quantifiable process where u obviously need greater than or equal amounts of haki(physical/pure form of will) to counter a df. This wld explain why in somecases haki doesn't counter df's like in that. Marco, Vista attack on Akainu or Tashigi failing to block Law(I have a foggy memory of that though so I might b wrong or mistaken)

That part when Franky forces Funkfreed to turn back into a sword was abdisplay similar to using bososhoku in that Franky had a far stronger will than freed's master and so freed had no choice but to succumb to Franky's will.

With all this in mind I wld ask that can Vega give paramecia and logia class df's to objects, and to answer I wld say I guess the problem wasn't that objects can't have non zoan fruits but that without sentiency how wld u control the power(coz so far the pets have been subject to the commands of their masters and if remember surely they have been verbal or in a form one cld command a pet in if not). Looking at pple like Zoro who who can make a sword do stuff far above its design limitations we cld say they get to b one with the weopon. (be happy Fuji's sword has the powers theorist , might b going for a home run on your team) Brook can now coat his sword in his presence so just saying if such is possible wldn't veteran SM n weopon users b able to control a df powered sword/weapon with their hyper wills and strong presence. I'm not a fan of Fuji's sword has the powers so I maybe cld vhe done a better argument if I was a believer.
Kuma and subjugation of will
With Kuma I think Vegapunk gets the chance of a first non human df user capable of acting withought the immediate behest of an outside source of will.
Kuma will always be human to some degree, true but as a machine he doesn't have freewill and so requires his programming to act where his mind should have and wldnt that b like computer programming a df.
