Does hair dictate a persons persona in the naruto world?

Long and straight
Nagato
Itachi
hashirama
Orochimaru
Kaguya

Short and spikey
Naruto
Hiruzen
Tobirama
Obito
Yahiko
Yamato
Kakashi
Hagoromo

But if you look at the characters hair styles most people with long hair turned to do everything themselves, and people wit short spikey hair relied on the power of others. Only obito doesn't meet these rules, by he did originally until Madara minipulated him.
Only people who don't fit into this is Madara and sasuke because I don't know which they fit into long or spikey

How accurate do you think that is?

One of the subtle things Kishi did and I liked a lot was the way he made only 1 Indra reincarnation(including Indra himself) have short hair and only one Asura have long hair.

He inherited his Hair from his father, who was calm and smart -> contracdiction!

If there are characters that share the same personality and hair type (Hashirama <=> Kushina for example), then that is coincidence nothing more. There are too many examples against this theory.

Well minato relied on other people, which he actually says when he is talking about himself being a failure, and relied on others.
Kushina tried to do everything alone, but then minato intervened and so she stopped doing it all herself.
Hashirama took the burden of trying to save his friend Madara and did it alone.
Itachi had to bare alone the hate of everyone in the village he protected, and the hate from his brother, he admitted that if he hadn't done it alone, and shared the burden, sasuke may not have become a ****.
Garaa relies on his friends, mimicking his idol naruto.

Go on! Name some shinobi that this doesn't apply to.
