Madara might simply just love fighting Hashirama over doing anything else.
He just prefers battling Hashirama over Mugen Tsukuyomi.

He is so extremely happy in this page for getting another chance to fight Hashirama, that everything else simply doesnt seem to matter anymore. Interfering with the sealing of the Juubi included.
