naruto doesn't heal by himself, it's kurama who naturally heals naruto and that fox is sleeping at this moment.

So naruto will die if help doesn't arrive and neither him nor sasuke can move at this moment.

There's imo a big difference between a tool that u have to utilise by yourself and a own entity that helps you by replenishing your chakra, giving you advice and all that good stuff. Naruto was never meant to be a lone wolf like Sasuke. Cooperation and strength is his way of fighting. Naruto has only made rasengan variants with chakra arms. As far as we know, he can't form hand seals with them

So if you want to play that game, naruto can't use shadow clones anymore. meanwhile, Sasuke can use genjutsu, amaterasu, shinra tensei, preta path, susanno, chidori etc
