Seriously why the hell are the mangas only 18 pages or something.. why cant we have like a 30 page manga? this sht goes by so fast i get so disapoint when nothing cool happens in a chapter

A weekly 15 or so pages isn't unusual or anything. Plenty of different series do the same. A lot of monthly manga have ~30 pages per release if you want something like that (even though that's like half the pages in the same amount of time in the long run).

More pages , better drawings on characters , thought out story , kishimoto dosent get stressed much.

Gives the show extra time to put the real episodes and gives us time to watch episodes.
