Still, the reason Hagoromo gave Naruto and Sasuke the seals was to Seal off Madara, because he was (IN NO WAY SHAPE OR FORM) Immortal.

Here is a way to kill him:

Extract Bijuu, Rotate Neck 360 Degrees. You know, like you already proved was possible with Obito? Which can be interpreted

Then Kaguya shows up who is (ALSO NOT EVEN REMOTELY) Immortal. But, she still gets her immortality from the fact that she's pretty much Juubi jin. So, Extract Bijuu, Rotate Neck 360 Degrees. You know, like was already proven

And don't even get me started on Ash Bones of Mutual Killing.

Frankly, if kaguya hadn't shown up, like Hagoromo had no way of knowing she would, All the seals would do is severely damage the earth, and kill 20,000 innocent people.

In no way shape or form do i think the will of sasuke and naruto was greater then that of madara or kaguya for them to tnj and win. If it came down to a battle of wills (to extract the bijuu the way they did obito), kaguya and madara would have crog stomped both of them. Then when it comes to actually getting close enough to madaras head that you can actually twist it 360 degree is ridiculous, can u imagine the type of genjutsu he would have used on them, since well, there eyes will pretty much be staring right into his..
They needed the seal...

Nah she is immortal. Even if u twist her neck she will regenerate. Also she is Juubi herself(still not clear) hence immortal.
That seal itself was required to extract the bijuus. Madara was a human....she is not. And even Madara never died but had his body taken over by Kaguya and his outer shell (skin) destroyed.

They beat Obito, and Obito humiliated Madara. Surely that's enough proof that they are stronger than him. Kaguya, who knows.

I don't think that extracting the TB would kill Kaguya, just revert her back to Gedo Mazo again, although your suggestion would probably work for Madara.

Thats easy to say, but its not her dimension and she isnt sync-ed with it.
She will never get out once sniped as there wont be another kamui portal to sync.

The gedo Mazo didn't exactly stay sealed last time. A strong rinnegan user could get the Mazo back from the core dimension, as Hagoromo allready prooved.
