[Discussion] Hagoromo's Brother??!!

What was the point of introducing him and not following up on him? As in up to now, we've only heard the legends about Rikkudou Senin. None about his brother....

I reckon Kishi' should've made him more important rather than introduce him at the end of the manga for half a panel. He was another Jinchurriki of the Shinju along with Rikudo Sennin, representing Madara and Obito perhaps, but why drop a bombshell like that and have Rikudo Sennin take all the credit for supposedly solo'ing the Juubi?
