Hagoromo reincarnation? I thought I had

So my understanding is that indra and ashura reincarnate into beings have a direct lineage to themselves (Indra the uchiha and Ashura the senju/uzumaki) But what kept hagoromo from doing the same? He is stronger than both of them and could have stopped the fight if he did.i think I can make the case that for hagoromo to reincarnate, someone with sharingan and a senju/uzumaki body needed to be born. With a Boruto/sarada romance seemingly on the table, it would be cool if hagoromo reincarnate. It would also create a interesting new opportunity for the most op character possible.

Having both Uchiha and senju is like the equivalent to a Hagoromoo reincarnate since the powers are all the same together.
Other than that Kaguya hinted in their being a Hagoromoo reincarnate before.

It'd be nice if they reincarnate like that. Madara was called the second sage of six paths so maybe he was indirectly the sage's incarnate?
