2) Same for Kaguya
3) Gave Naruto and Sasuke the same amount of power so they'll weaken each other and then he can just swoop down for the kill and take their life force as his own
4) Where did his brother go? He killed him
5) With everybody dead, Hagoromo can become supreme

Yes, it's possible, due to him calling her mother. It may be a remnant of his soul transferred into a zetsu that's manipulated into doing everything Kaguya wants.
