We basically know the story of the Ootsutsuki Family. Kaguya eats fruit, Turns into a psychopath. Has two sons. Hagoromo and Bro seal Juubi, Hagoromo has two sons. Hagoromo shows obvious favouritism, and Indra and Ashura start fighting. Ootsutsuki family no longer matters.

Only missing elements are the Sages wife, Father, and Brother. They are unimportant for this theory.

The Juubi was stated to be Mindless by Kurama.

If the Juubi is Mindless, it cannot be a threat to anyone. Right?
It is also stated that the Shinju wanted it's chakra back.

This is an ample reason for the Juubi to be a threat that needs dealing with. The Juubi is attacking Innocent people, and someone has to stop it.

Or not. At that point, the only people with chakra, and therefore the only person the Juubi would attack, Was Kaguya, who stole the fruit, And her sons, who sealed it. No one else had chakra until Hagoromo spread it. The Juubi was only mad at Kaguya, so it wouldn't hunt down the Sons.

Kaguya was strong enough to Curbstomp Defend herself from the juubi, So it wasn't a threat to anyone.

And yet, Hagoromo and His Brother still sealed it, Despite it being no threat. Hagoromo said that he sealed it to atone for his mother's sins, but since it wasn't attacking anyone else, that's not really Making up for anyones sins. It's just keeping a source of near infinite power in the family, where no one else can get it.

As for your statement about the Sages wife (and father), who says there ever was one? If he can make the tailed beasts from the Juubi's chakra using Creation of All Things, who is to say that that isn't also how his sons came into being? Just created from his own chakra?

Yes i did. The juubi would only be trying to kill Kaguya, who was much stronger than it.

Interesting but I disagree. If the juubi wanted its chakra back it would do anything to get it back including mindlessly attacking people. It might be causing havoc to attract the sage to it. Mindless yes, but many animals are seemingly mindless and react based on instinct. Also at this pint, if only sage his bro and whoever else had chakra, how did anybody else get it to begin with. It couldnt only have been descendants of that line. The sage/kaguya probably taught people how to use chakra and perhaps Kaguya was the founder of ninjutsu, and taught peole how to use it to help her fight where she couldn't be.

Who knows, but what I am saying is that there was more to it than just power for the sage, any number of things could have been the case.

Many animals are capable of noticing patterns of behavior and many of these animals are deemed mindless. But compared to a human or another bijuu the juubi is pretty mindless, but that doesn't mean it can't recognize patterns, I mean it can fight right, so it must be able to think to a certain degree. Also the sage may have been spreading ninshuu prior to sealing the juubi. He wasn't exactly young when he sealed it. sorry don't got a scan but he and his brother are shown as full grown when they fought it. You are making to many assumptions about what was happening and we simply don't have enough fact. Also the juubi might blame humans as a problem as a whole not individuals. We don't know how it thinks, we only get a perspective about its mind froma very narrow point of view.

Also another point is even if the juubi is only attracted to individuals with cakra, what if it goes to them while they are in a city. Well say bye to the city. Or if on its way it stomps down a village. Some villagers see it and start attacking it, so it vaporizes them. IT doesn't take much to see how this could be a problem. Just because the juubi only attack ppl with chakra doesn't mean it doesn't TBB the hell out of some populated area because the Sage happened to live there. Or was behind it or whatever.

The Shinju can sense which humans have more chakra than others. Bee gets chased much more than random Fodders when the Shinju is introduced. If it can sense that, it wouldn't just try to kill all humans.
