The NV has two people who soloed the 10 Tails without needing their brothers help, one guy who gave power ups to a 34 year old man that stopped the most powerfull being in existance, The people who REALLY trancended time with Transmigration, and a guy who cut the moon in half. Also they have Itachi.

I think in this battle OP should restrict Rikudou power up Shinobi, and Juubi Jin as Kaguya is not involved here. Also movie character like Toneri.

Or else you will get answer like Cowthulhu45 and kidGamers

And use current Hagoromo that is not Juubi Jin and Hamura with Tenseigan

Tenseigan can be include as that eyes is not Toneri own eyes.
