What are your Opinions of who he is? He held the staff of sealing so maybe he was the true seal creator? maybe hagormo did something bad that makes his past not worth mentioning to naruto?

i think the brother defeated the shinju while hagoromo was unconscious

Who knows i honestly don't see why Kishi gave him a brother he adds nothing to the story what so ever.

Yea...Kishimoto-san didn't reveal amything significant about Hagoromo's brother. But what I can say that Hagoromo doesn't have any grudge against his brother. Rather, he had a bad story with his mother as he basically, talked about his mother and her corrupted deeds!
But yea, it's still a mystery that what's the deal with Hagoromo's brother? Why wasn't also his deeds briefed along with Hagoromo's mother?!
I guess we have to wait for Kishimoto-san's explanation!!
