This is a spoiler theory, and I know it will be bashed by the Sasuketards for reasons that will become obvious as you read. By Sasuketards, I mean all the Sasuke fanboys who have decided that some things cannot happen to any character other than Sasuke - there are many of these things, but only one will come in this thread, dojutsu. Now, let begin:
II. Conditions For Hagoromo to appear
We all know that Hagoromo appeared to Naruto and Sasuke, when they were about to die. We also know that hagoromo did not appear to Hashirama and Madara during their lives because Hashirama did not recognize hagoromo's ghost. Now, initially, we did not know on which condition hagoromo could appears because it wasn't explained. However, after BZ's talk, we had an idea:
II.1. Hagoromo's appearance depends on the power of a trans-migrant
In one chapter, BZ said that depending on the power of the transmigrants, they can meet hagoromo in order to receive the jutsus to seal his mother.
So, we knew from this statement that Naruto and/or Sasuke have the power that can trigger the meeting with Hagoromo. This actually means that Hagoromo performed some kind of seal with a specific key since he knew some people will try to reunite Ashura and Indra's chakra and look for Juubi.
II.2. Hagoromo's conflicting statement on the condition of his appearance!
Well, pay attention to punctuation. When Hagoromo appeared for the first time, most people thought it was only to Naruto. They thought that hagoromo appeared because the chakra of all the Bijus came together in Naruto. Though I disagreed with this, I had no counter for it.
Now, Hagoromo said something:
Without missing to give an honorable mention of Tobirama's badassness ( please check how is saying his truth to Hagoromo's late appearance), in this page, Hagoromo mention that Madara's half body is the one he had after becoming Jinchuriki of Juubi. To be specific, he meant that by pouring his chakra into Madara, Hashirama mixed the following:
So, we know the recipe for Hagoromo's ghost to apopear, now from Hagoromo himself. There is only one problem here. this problem can be expressed in one question:
How on earth did Hagoromo appear in the consciousness of Naruto and Sasuke? How did the three type of chakra mixed in their consciousness?
IV. Spoilers/Possible Answers
By making literal interpretation of what hagoomo said, I can draw only one answer - that is both Sasuke and Naruto have all the three chakra mentioned above. As I said, I am just bluntly repeating what Hagoromo said because when Naruto and Sasuke met hagormo, they were in separate places miles from each other. The question is how Sasuke and naruto obtained the three chakra above-cited:
IV.1. How did Sasuke Obtained the three chakra

So, while this is a theory, and I myself am not confident in it, I think if what hagoromo said is true, then Sasuke had all these chakra - at least trace of this chakra because Tobirama said that the chakra naruto gives never vanish completely, and there is a trace he can connect to later and replenish it. We have seen it already.
IV.1. How did Naruto Obtained the three chakras
On Naruto, without proving anything, I can prove that naruto actually is the one who summon the ghost of hagoromo that spoke to him and Sasuke. Here is the proof:
As you can see, if you read the middle panels carefully, Hagoromo was impressed by the fact that all the Bijus acknowledge Naruto. He also said clearly that Naruto is the one who summoned his soul. So, before every discussion, it is a fact that Naruto had the power to subconsciously summon Hagoromo.
Now, for what we know, these are true:
So, the above two condition where obviously true and provable when Naruto met Hagoromo, even better than we can prove the fact that Sasuke had kyuubi chakra. The question is to know if Naruto had Indra's chakra. For this, I will give you an answer that will start the troll and bashing:
This is the perceprtion that Juubi had of Naruto. Juubi was able to sense the Bijus inside Naruto. Mostly, Biju saw a pair of Rinnegans behind Naruto as well. Most people said that it was Juubi sensing Rikudo's will in Naruto, and I disagreed with it.
When Rikudo appeared later in Naruto, I thought I have got my answer - that is Rikudo was all this time inside Naruto and watching, and this is why Juubi saw him.
Even if this is true, given what Hagoromo said, it means that Naruto also had Indra's chakra. This is a theory-spoiler, but I have been throwing the argument for a while - that is either Uzumaki are actually connected to both Indra and Ashura, or naruto has the two bloodline (i.e., Senju and Uchiha). The reason I am saying this is that I believe now that Naruto has actually the Rinnegan chakra building inside him without knowing. Do you remember what Naruto said?
Not sure why, but I feel I can do anything ...
These are the words of a true god, and only someone who has Rinnegan can say he can do everything because it is the power of the narutogod.
V. Finally, ...
Initially, I said that the Sasuketard would bash the thread. I think that after reading IV.1, they were actually happy, and they became a bit mad after reading V.2. Well, when I make a thread, I have my theory and my reason. So, i hope everyone also have their opinion, and if yours is different from mine, please try to bring it. Now, this is the last nail.
Why I am saying this? Well, because both Sasuke and naruto received power from hagoromo in the same sphere of consciousness. They were standing side by side. So, my opinion is after talking specific business with Naruto, Rikudo summoned Sasuke in the place they were and shared his power. There are many evidences of the fact that they were in the same place in the manga.
For example, Sasuke knew that Hagoromo gave power to Naruto and Naruto also knew it. This is the evidence they were in the same place. Thus, there was only one summon of hagoromo's soul to meet naruto and Sasuke - that is the ghost of Hagoromo that Naruto summoned. Naruto is the one who had the three chakras inside him.

It is higly probable possible that Sasuke was able to meet hagoromo because Naruto summon hagoromo. To be clear, Hagoromo met Sasuke not because Sasuke had the three chakra, but because Naruto summoned hagoromo.
