notice how the outfit was like that of the hidden clouds? 1st raikage would have been a hagoromo , and with bright hair , like the uzumaki had a hair colour trend , it seems hagoromo had a big influence , possible that all raikage except from the second where from the hagoromo clan^^ not just a random clan like most people may believe
