This means he is not from this world, or maybe he is of another dimension, but I'm willing to bet, Kaguya, and her son, are not from Naruto's world/dimension.

His sons do, true, but most likely because their mother was from the Narutoverse, this is just speculation, could be way off

Was never stated that Kaguya was human. It was only stated that she came from a "far away land" that is apparently of no importance according to Hagaromo. She may or may not be a human being.
