Hagoromo Ōtsutsuki ( Ōtsutsuki Hagoromo ), known to the world at large as the Sage of the Six Paths ( Rikudō Sennin ), was a legendary god-like figure who founded Ninshū, which led to the creation of the ninja world. He was the son of Princess Kaguya Ōtsutsuki and alongside his fraternal twin brother, were the first to be born with the same powerful chakra as their mother. Both he and his brother defeated their mother, who had become the terrifying Ten-Tails, in battle and sealed the powerful beast within him, thus making Hagoromo the first jinchūriki.

- Hagoromo wields the Rinnegan, two in his eye sockets and a third, red one on his forehead.
- Hagoromo gains an increase of +2 Bonus MIND and +1 Bonus BODY and SPRT unless they are using Dual Abilities, in which case the ability with the highest AP boosts will apply. Alternatively, the user is able to forgo the Bonus MIND AP and have a passive +30 damage to their Jutsu.
- Gains access to the Treasured Tools of the Sage of Six Paths and Truth-Seeking Balls, if the user has Yin-Yang Release
- He is able to keep three Paths active at one time, but can only use two Paths per turn.
Restrictions:
- Requires, at minimum, Chūnin rank
- Requires an active Sensei title.
- Requires one spend 35,000 Kumi in order to attain the biography.
- Can only use two Treasured Tool per turn
