How can he use his MS in the after life in the 1st place. He is no Rikudo sennin. I can understand why the person who created the moon can do what he wants but Obito is a normal person.

It's an after life, why wouldn't he be able to use his powers? Is it said somewhere that your powers disappear if you move to a different dimension? After life makes everyone a god in a sense.

I don't think Obito was in the afterlife, he might have been in the Jinchuriki plane, both he and Rin were Jins, and the same thing happened with Naruto and the other jinchuriki, as well as Hagoromo.
