My second theory here, however, is about s06p brother and about his descendants, mainly the Uzumaki. Well, here we go

I believe that the Death Reaper is the Brother, and here is why.
1) Appearance: So far we have seen Kaguya

You made your theory from the fact that they look similar. You should anticipate criticism. Uzumaki, being related to the Senju, are descendants of the Sage. Shukaku and the shinigami's patterns are both sealing jutsu. They're going to look similar.
