How he gonna make a tablet discouraging indras incarnates from awakening Rinnegan when it takes a Rinnegan to fully decipher the tablet??

Was that stated? If it was the case then I don't think it was to discourage the awakeneing of the Rinnegan but to discourage it's use and release Kaguya. Anyway Madara read it with his MS/EMS so that's not really the case as far as I'm aware. And I'm pretty sure old man Madara didn't go into Konoha to decipher the tablet.

I think he left the part about the Rinnegan accessible to the Sharingan, because that's where Madara read about it right? All BZ did was alter what he actually wrote so if Madara could decipher it, Hagoromo's original message would be decipherable as well

Sharingan and Ms can read it somewhat but could never fully decipher it. Once Madara got Rinnegan he deciphered the whole thing.

That's a good point. To be honest, why even leave a tablet like that in the first place? That tablet was basically an quick and easy cook book for Uchihas to gain powerups. I know that Black Zetsu manipulated the tablet, but Hagoromo still mentioned that he warned Indra and his descenants of the dangers of merging Indra's and Asura's chakaras. Why do that? That's like saying:
"Hey, I don't want you to get this power, so make sure you don't do these steps (proceeds to give the steps) ".

Yeah he was telling them not to awaken Rinnegan but BZ made him seem like he was telling them to awaken the Rinnegan

Explain how exactly? He was an old man near death when he awoke the Rinnegan. How did he get back into Konoha to the Uchiha Shrine and decipher it.
He left more than that, he left the details of the Jyubi/power and what it does to people.
At least we know where Itachi gets the whole trying to control the path of people from. It's a Hogaromo trait he inherited he tried that with Indra and Itachi tried with Sasuke.

I’m pretty sure that Hagoromo had left the tablet to sway the new Rinnegan bearer away from their historical ill will toward the Senju. And for them to make peace with one another.

@Bold: he was NEAR death, but wasn’t on his death bed. After awakening the Rinnegan he summoned the outer path and attached himself to it which kept him from dying. I can’t remember if he read the tablet with the Rinnegan first, but I think he said he unwittingly summoned the Gedo Mazo fromtbe moon iirc. I could be wrong about that last bit though.

When I say death death bed I mean too old to do anything/ travel. Yes he released the seal of the Mezo somehow meaning he can undo the yin/yang seal and summoned it. He attached himself to the mezo and preserved his life. The scan shows he's pretty much the same age he met Obito in when he awoke the Rinnegan. In other words he wouldn't have been able to travel and use the Rinnegan to decipher the tablet. I think the MS/EMS is enough to read it and understand it.

Itachi's Sharingan potentially reads it. It percieved and axiomatically conjured it's vision into percieving The Lord Of Hell of The Naraka Path who was inheriting the RulerShip Of Hell from Lord Hagoromo.......Potentially Hagoromy was expecting a King Uchiha who shits on Blondies totally; to manifest and decrypt the melonious tablet left in store.

True but maybe he didn’t travel at all as he couldn’t. Zetsu could have and most likely did since he was the one that edited it. His entire goal was to get someone to awaken Kaguya Madara seemed like the (and was) his best bet. So I’m sure he knew where it was and how to get for Madara and even return it without being seen.
But of course this all speculation on my part and no real proof.

The problem is Madara would've only learn to how to make Zetsu/release white Zetsu a lot later. Also white zetsu hasn't shown any capacity to read the tablet or anything. And if we're going by BZ then that's a whole other story since Madara pretty much believed he made him at the point of turning Obito into Madara, at least it comes across that way.

Yeah I was referring to White Zetsu.Well he didn’t need white Zetsu to read just retrieve it and return it. But you bring up another good point though. If he needed the tablet to learn to make Zetsu, then that throws my whole “Zetsu retrieved it for him” theory right out the window. Your point is valid.
