If Naruto went around the world to teach people senjutsu he would be spreading sage chakra to others this is what Hagoromo did with ninshuu originally, the only people that got chakra from him directly were his descendants just like how he got chakra from his mother.

No Hogaromo didnt say nobody followed Indra what he pretty much said was Indra was independent he didn't need teamwork that's how gifted he was. And of course they followed Indra even ashura's descendants everyone wanted power for war. The shinobi clans everybody it is the path of Indra giving something a name later means nothing it doesn't change its origin.
