lol no, manga facts > theories. in the manga it says you can evolve a sharingan to a rinnegan, but no one was born with rinnegan. Otsutsuki clan members were most likely born with sharingan, but thats a theory of mine aswell because even uchiha are not born with sharingan. some live and never awaken it. so until the manga says otherwise, your theories cannot sway my decision

Otsutsuki clan has NO confirmed Kekkei Genkei the 3 eyes came from Kaguya eating the fruit... before the fruit Kaguya was a regular clan member possesing NO DoJutsu! so basically the 3 great dojutsu were not bloodline limits until AFTER Kaguya ate the fruit and gave birth to sons that gave birth to sons and so on.
