What if Hagaromo created everyone? What if before he died, he set everything in motion, determining who gets born, who does what etc. That is, what if he created the blueprint for the deterministic world before he died as a way of controlling the world beyond his grave.

Every result has an action that leads to another action etc. Hagaromo knew just what needs to be done so that everything in the causal chain of events turn out the way he wants.
