Looks
Hades is a slender, tall man reaching roughly 6ft. He has long pitch black hair which reaches down to his waist, carried in a somewhat shoddy style. He wears a black body suit which only partially reveals his chest & stomach, while in colour matching his hair. He wears a feathery like scarf around his shoulders, also black in colour, making it extremely difficult to tell the three differences apart. He has a fair skin tone, while his facial features make him seem almost feminine & quite young in appearance. His ears are slightly pointy, similar to the Noldor clans even though he has no connection. The unusual aspect of his appearance are the several horns protruding from his head; it is said these horns are a type of headgear made from the bones of his enemies, Hades sharpens them to the tip & is able to use them as actual weapons. He is at times seen wearing normal clothing over his usual attire & is particularly comfortable wearing disguises, though even he is not sure to why it is so appealing, due to not having any knowledge of his history. The tips of the individual feathers which make up his scarf are actually made of a metal & each feather is able to be treated as a projectile(such as a shuriken or Kunai), this is in place of the ordinary ninja tools which Hades does not carry.
Personality
Shrouded in mystery, one quickly learns of Hades innate ability to act as if he knows more than what he is letting on. Careful and meticulous, he is like a chess player, always ahead of the game. Hades commonly uses idle conversation and outward concern when around others, & himself when he is caught talking alone. Despite his care-free attitude, he always speaks politely, even though sarcastic at times & usually in a insouciant zone. Hades can usually be found near the scene of an important event, but he rarely intervenes in situations, preferring to stay on the sidelines. He often knows more information than he lets on, and despite being a major player in a situation, he acts only as a catalyst, having others do the work for him. He is often manipulative, tricking people into doing what he wants them to. Due to his lack of presence he has earned the nickname "The Unseen".
Where not needed Hades would avoid battle when possible, he cares little for it based on his previous fights & the boredom accompanied with them. Even so, Hades is an extreme intellectual, through his experience alone he has learned the basis of battle, making sure not just to observe his opponent but also his surroundings.

History
His past was not something Hades was able to remember much of, it seemed each time he tried to look back his mind would only leave short bursts of memories for him to go by, his childhood, the random faces, a somewhat normal life reeled through his head each time. The first clear thought Hades could remember was simply waking up from a deep slumber, facing a clear sky on a sunny day. His surroundings were barren, a wasteland damaged as if having been a battleground at one point. And though this was always odd to him, something he found even more peculiar was the lack of emotion he felt from such an incident, from the moment he woke up to the days he would spend running through his mind, not one of them was spent in any confusion, anger or even fear, as if he had no care in the world of his predicament. It was due to this Hades spent his life as normal, or the closest thing he could call normal. He had full knowledge of his capabilities, of what he had planned, of the secret he had to keep himself & it was due to this Hades kept himself hidden from the world, never involving himself where not needed.
Hades was a wanderer, travelling the world with a simple objective; to learn. Due to his unique ability it was a of importance to Hades to learn of the different powers scattered across the world, there for him to hand pick for himself. Along his travels Hades had also picked up sensitive information most were unable to get their hands on. He new of troubles from Clans, Villages, Rogues & even potential threats. Though he carries highly classified information, it was not until after the great war & demise of Kaguya that he had learn't of something which quickly peaked his interest, the last piece to his puzzle. To get there Hades knew he would have to acquire the remaining abilities he set out for & then continue to wait for the perfect opportunity.Having already possessed Dark Release, Hades would set out for his next choice, but it would not be easy due to the lacking numbers but even so he knew of certain locations that could help lead him to what he was looking for.
Other
Dark Release: Aware of his abilities Dark release, was an Advanced Element Hades has always remembered having. It is his favoured choice amongst all elements and is something he is extremely reliant on. He has marks on both hands which are shaped as overlapping diamonds, one which is used to absorb chakra & one which is to release Dark chakra. His most favoured technique within the ability is named "Darkness Revealed", where is enveloped in a shroud of Dark chakra which soon consumes his shape, granting him a type of Dark armour which carries several of it's own abilities.
Lightning & Fire Release: Of all elements Hades is capable of performing it is both Lightning & Fire Release to which he is most proficient with using. He is able to perform all Lightning techniques with a single handseal, preferring it over the other elements due to his natural affinity to it. Hades is also able to perform handseals for Fire release techniques at a much faster rate than normal.
Ninja Tools: Hades doesn't carry ninja tools through the conventional means, as he believes himself a too dignified to carry something like a ninja pouch. However, the feathery scarf that rests upon his shoulders can easily be pulled off & used as projectiles, extremely similar but of course a smaller version of a kunai. The quill is made of a fine metal which is sharpened at the tip, the barb is of a normal material that makes up the feather. Due to the sheer number of feathers which make up the scarf, Hades has access to what seems as an unlimited supply of projectiles through these means. He is rarely seen with any other weapon, but at times does carry a scythe & though he is proficient in the art of Kenjutsu, he lacks the interest of using it as much compared to Ninjutsu.
Satan's Flame: Is a custom fighting style which augments the user's Taijutsu through the use of Fire release, manipulating chakra to spread across the limbs causing severe damage on impact with a target. Due to his mastery of this art, Hades is able to release blue flames rather than than red. As Hades does not prefer to use Taijutsu alone, Satan's Flames is a favoured choice amongst his arsenal as it fills his interest compared to ordinary Taijutsu.
