It definitely would have been cool to have had Tsunade as Naruto's mother and his father still being Minato. Even more awesome would be how different his character would have been as well. I wonder if he would have attained the diamond seal later on as well.

How? Did you not read the scenario I had put in my initial post? The scenario being that Minato still would've been Naruto's mother, but Tsunade would have been Naruto's mother instead of Kushina. That could very well have been possible since that diamond mark on her forehead retains her youth. On top of that she was like 38-39 when the Nine-Tails attack on Konoha occured so she could have very well given birth to Naruto at that time had she got with Minato.
