With all the tobi is this, and tobi is that going around I thought of something interesting.
To those who think Tobi is Kagami: Kagami could be related to Madara, hence the entrusting of the eyes to him. Kagami could also be Obito's father harboring intense feelings for Konoha because his son perished during the war.
If the whole kakashi knows him spiel is right, this could be part of that.
I don't think he is any of the sages sons, wouldn't really be a reason why. Nor is he an unnamed Uchiha.
Just my thoughts, any others?
