TBB explosions doesn't burry kilometers deep into the ground so no. L0l they both can come up on either side of him when they come out of the ground. Manda 2 has enough strength to pull the island turtle which had Hachibi on it's back. Manda to would easily rap up Hachibi and restrict his movements just like the Mokuton dragon. While Manda finish him off.
