Sorry, bur jinbei was the worst and most boring character in op imo... the fishmen arc was hlrribly boring :/
The Gyojin are based on the Fishmen from One Piece. Although we look like regular ninja we have a small mutations which alter our physical abilities and appearances slightly . We are able to run 50% faster than a normal ninja and our physical attacks are twice as strong and because of our intimacy with the ocean we are able to even breathe underwater. Gyojin's are linked strongly with the water element and our clan allows us to enhance and use suiton more effectively with features such as immunity against certain ranks of suiton and even performing suiton jutsus with a single handseal. Suiton is important to our clan, because as Gyojin, we have connected with the ocean and are in touch with the sea creatures. Fishman Karate is the secret art of our clan and it involves controlling the water molecules in the air to push or move things at will.
Alright. Let's try and create some shock waves, shall we.
So see that tree, I want you to thrust your palm at it. From any distance, but make sure you gather water particles around your palm and around the area so once you thrust your palm creating a shock wave, this shock wave will at least break the tree in half.

I spread my legs apart and put my left foot in front of my right foot so that I'm facing sideways. I raise my arms, clenching both fists and bringing them up to my chin. I channel my chakra through my right hand and open up my fist so that my palm is open and I concentrate on collecting the water particles in the air and making them gather around my palm. I then push outwards with my palm, almost as if I'm attacking an imaginary enemy, and after a brief delay the tree breaks in half from the shockwave from the water particles.
Alright so technique time, you are aware that you can only be taught three techniques per your current rank.

Does the shockwave effect the opponent if they aren't standing on the water source ?
Iskandar moves towards a large puddle and he stands a few meters in front of it. He focuses his suiton chakra around his right hand and performs a dramatic downwards chop and shouts 'HA!' for effect. With the completion of the chop Iskandar, using his chakra, sends a shockwave through the water and its pressure causes thrashing waves and unstable tides, almost as if there's an earthquake under water.

I didn't want you to perform it, I wanted you to analyse it, tell me everything about the technique in your own words. The performance is good, just not what I asked.

The description in the jutsu describes it best when it says its a 'water world shaking' as thats essentially what it is. However it can also split apart water sources so it could be used for something other than making your opponent stumble and trip. Being able to split water sources would allow you to deal with lower ranked water attacks and disperse other water sources to hinder your opponent. Sea surface splitter is also more effective than world shaking in terms of effect because this jutsu causes small waves.

Once the shock wave connects, it will be difficult for the enemy to breathe normally for one turn, due to the impact. This palm trust is powerful enough propel large summon up to long range.
Probably one of the best techniques in the clan....so far!

The thing I like about this jutsu is that it is almost untraceable, bar doujutsu users. I could just make a dramatic palm thrust and my opponent would just think I was preparing when in reality I used the water particles in the air to release a shockwave that would send my opponent flying backwards with enough force to impede their breathing. It would be pretty cool using this to break through earthen defenses as well. I would also use this to push my opponent back into mid range to give myself more breathing space if wasn't ready for a taijutsu confrontation.
