Guys with the Rinnegan

When people have the Rinnegan implanted into them, do they acquire the jutsu of the SO6P? Thing is, I've heard similar things like that around here, but I'm no reading the fight between the seven jinchuriki and naruto and bee. They have different jutsu than what the 6 Paths of Pain used.

So do they use the powers of the Rinnegan like the chakra absorbing and the animal summoning and shinra tensei? Or were those the jutsu of the people before they died?

I'm thinking the reason they couldn't use the Rinnegan jutsu is one of two things:

1. One Rinnegan isn't sufficient for most of the mainstream Rinnegan Ninjutsu.
2. They're Edo's being controlled by the chakra rods, Nagato's Paths were dead bodies being controlled.

So6P could use any jutsu. Also, I would think you acquire their jutsu. Kakashi got all of sharingan's benefits. I don't see why Tobi wouldn't get the rinnegan's.

Kakashi already pointed out that controlling the Bijuu with sharingan and chakra chains uses up too much chakra for Tobi to use Rinne techs alongside them. Tobi confirmed this by praising Kakashi's deduction.

Technically yes. If someone implant Rinnegan. He'll gain all powers of So6P. But it's not meaning of he can able to use them effectively or even just use. It's like Sage Weapons, Rinnegan consumes much Chakra even Life Force. If vessel/body is not suitable for Rinnegan it won't be OP. About your question, They should have due to it's completely similiar to Pein but

Tobi is already controlling his paths and the tailed beasts on top of that and he is fighting along side them, not like nagato that had to be 20 miles away hiding because he couldn't do jack shit about moving.

the justus come with the eyes,such as shinra tensei animal summoning and chakra absorption,just look at edo tensei nagato who used all 6 techniques to put a ars kicking on naruto and bee. The reason nagato couldnt moveonhis own was because he had a ton of metal rods sticking out of his body plus his chakra was being consumed having to use the 6 paths of pain. the jutsus that therevived jinchuuriki were using werent rinnegan related they were the jutsus of that ninja, i believe tha tobi gave themthe sharingan and rinnegan was to 1, look like tobi since they are his six paths and 2,so that the 6 bodies had that infinite field of vision granted by the rinnegan
