I've actually seen this happen in some court cases and with a couple old classmates, where they ended up in a situation where things weren't going well and they had a falling out. In most cases, the female being the female will throw a fit over the guy, and tear up all his clothes, throw his shit out the window, or even toss his clothes into a river.

If this was me, I wouldn't really care, considering they're just video games and I'm not really a gamer, but if they were something more valuable to me then I wouldn't just sit back and let her get away with it.

Depends on the reasoning of break up. If i was a cheater or beat my s/o up i would suck it up since i would deserve it in that case.

But if the person i broke up with did such thing to my collection of valuable whatevers (i do not have games, but my marker/pen collection, sketchbooks and books are precious) i would call police on them. If they did something like this over a break up in a case i was not abuser/cheater etc. they prolly have some mental problems or shit personality to begin with.

This is a classic case of suing for damages done because I'm not going to sit back and save to buy my games again this of course being after I calm my murderous tendencies and suppress my rage.
