From the evidence of the current chapter don't think so,but not enough evidence is present to judge obito's handling of juubi as a jinchurikki yet.Btw afaik only jin's who were able to bond and control their bijju's fully are Naruto and Bee,not even Mito I think(there is no evidence & it was repeated a lot that Bee was the first perfect jin)
