Very likely that he is. He is the main character afterall and Kurama and the other Bijuu have likened his character to that of the sage. Naruto is KCM and BM looks very similar to the S06P's silhouette, his hair has the two spikes and the tomoe necklace. Coincidence?
Naruto has the same will as the S06P: Naruto doesn't just want the well being of his village but for the whole world. The S06P wanted world peace, Naruto wants to save the world and bring peace, uniting all villages and people
S06P told the tailed beasts when they were very young that someone will come to guide you to the right path unlike when you were within me.

I think sasuke will sacrifice himself and give his eyes to naruto in the end. Thus Naruto awakens rinnegan.

Maybe, it would be better to start considering the possibility that Naruto obtain the Rinnegan. DO you noticed that chapter 630 confirmed that Naruto has the other tailed beasts inside him? check here for this confirmation from Edo Madara.

Second, what Madara does not know is that Juubi also saw Naruto developing the Rinnegan.
The truth here is that Juubi is not the only one going through transformation. At each new transformation of Juubi, it has been shown that Naruto also get a new transformation (or power up). Thus while Naruto and Co can see Juubi transforming, Juubi also see Naruto transforming. This look like a duality in the two power. Whenever a Juubi arises, a Rikudo will arise as well to stop him.

Well Hachibi wasn't with the others beasts and to tell you the truth what you said about Shukaku is not so important. There could have been a simple explanation like that even though he didn't appear because he didn't have a jinjuriki like the others did, it still have to Naruto some of his chakra.

only trace of their chakra is required. Killer Bee already melted some of his tentacle inside Naruto when he was helping Naruto control Kyuubi power, Actually, he melted more than the akatsuki got from him. Shuaku is almost like a regular animal. He is one of the guy with no special ability shown so far.
